Food Business Inspections
If you have registered a new food business, please do not contact the Food Hygiene Team or Customer Contact Centre to request an inspection date.
Once your registration has been submitted, your details will be reviewed and your business will be scheduled for inspection. Inspection dates are not issued or booked in advance.
If we need any further information, or if an officer needs to contact you, we will use the contact details provided on your registration form.
Contacting us to request an inspection date will not speed up the inspection process.
