Service Update: Missed Bin Collections – Thursday 9 and Friday 10 July
Due to the hot weather, we were unfortunately unable to complete a number of scheduled bin collections on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 July.
Green Bins and Food Caddies
If your green bin or food caddy was not collected, we will not be returning for these. They will be emptied on your next scheduled collection day.
Please do not report these as missed collections, as no return collection will take place.
Brown, Blue and Grey Bins
If your brown, blue or grey bin was not collected, our crews will be returning to empty these as soon as possible.
Please leave your bin presented for collection.
Reporting a Missed Collection
Only report a missed collection if the rest of the bins on your street were emptied but yours was not.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
