If you have large household items that you can no longer use, sell or donate, we can collect them for a small fee.
We'll collect the items from outside your home so they can be recycled or used to generate energy.

What we can collect
We can collect broken or damaged household furniture and electrical items that:
- Cannot be reused, sold or donated.
- Are too large to fit in your household bins.
Getting your items ready for collection
Please make sure all items are outside your home on your collection day.
Our collection crews cannot enter your property, so you'll need to arrange help moving any heavy or bulky items outside if you cannot do this yourself.
We cannot offer a refund if your items are not outside ready for collection.
How much does it cost?
- Standard bulky items: £10 per item
- Selected smaller household items: £5 per item
