Most bin collections are running to schedule, but there are some delays in the following areas:
- Royton North: Brown bin collections are outstanding. Our crews will return from 7am tomorrow (Saturday 17 October).
- Crompton and Shaw: Green bin and food caddy collections are outstanding. Our crews will return from 7am tomorrow (Saturday 17 October).
Collections delayed by parked vehicles
If your street has not had its usual collection, this may be because our vehicles could not safely access the road.
You can help us avoid delays by parking carefully and making sure there is enough room for our large collection vehicles to get through.
Our crews will return as soon as possible. Please leave your bin out for collection.
Rural and hard-to-reach properties
If your bins are usually collected by our smaller white collection vehicle, we're sorry that we couldn't complete your collection today.
We expect to return early next week. Please leave your bins out for collection.
Reporting a missed collection
Please only report a missed collection if other bins on your street have been emptied but yours has not.
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
