Refuse and Recycling Collection Service
For most areas, collections are running to schedule. However, a small number of organic waste (green bin/caddy) collections are outstanding.
If your green bin or caddy has not been collected, please bear with us. Our crews will return tomorrow, Friday 18 September, to complete these collections.
If your street has not had a collection as expected, this is most likely because our vehicle could not access the road. Please help us avoid delays by parking so that our large collection vehicles can get through.
Our crews will return to empty your bins as soon as possible, so please leave your bins out for collection.
Rural and difficult-to-access properties (small white wagon only)
If you live in a rural or difficult-to-access location where collections are made by our smaller white bin wagon, and your collection has been missed, please bear with us.
We'll collect your bins as soon as we can, so please leave them out for collection.
Reporting a missed collection
Please only report a missed collection if the other bins on your street were emptied but yours was not.
