If you are asked to add a service that you already have access to, please do not try to add the service or request a PIN. We hope to resolve the issue soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

7. Reviews

If you receive Short Breaks via the Specialist Short Breaks Service, we will review them with you at least every 12 months, to ensure the level of support is right for you.

You can also request a review and/or a further assessment of your needs at any time should there be any significant changes in circumstances.
