If you are asked to add a service that you already have access to, please do not try to add the service or request a PIN. We hope to resolve the issue soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

3. Assessments

In order to access more support there will be a need for an assessment.

The assessment may be carried out by either the Early Help/Short Breaks team or an allocated Social Worker

After the assessment, if it is decided there is a need for specialist support a request may be made to a decision making panel to look at what support might be needed.

Alongside the assessment process the Social Worker may discuss a Personal Budget with you and they can explain what this means at the time.
