The "My Account” system will be undergoing routine maintenance on 22 January 2020. This means that some services will be unavailable while this work is being carried out.

4. Hiring a room

Organisations and groups may hire a room from the Council.

The hire cost is generally in accordance with our standard fees and charges policy which is set each year.

However, your organisation / groups may use meeting rooms free of charge but only if arranged on the day and the room is available.

It is therefore important that you can tell us about the status of your organisation when first making contact.

Please note that pre-booking of meeting rooms will incur a charge.
