Oldham Local Plan Submission

The Council submitted the Oldham Local Plan to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for Examination in Public pursuant to Regulation 22 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, as amended, on 14 August 2026.

Those who made representations at Regulation 19 stage will be notified that the Plan has been submitted.

In accordance with Regulation 35(a), hard copies of the Oldham Local Plan, the Integrated Assessment, the policies map, and the Regulation 22 Consultation Statement are available for inspection at the locations mentioned in the Regulation 22(3) Statement of Fact / Notice of Submission.

In accordance with Regulation 35(b), the submission documents are also available to view here on the Council website.
