5. Bank Holidays
Business closures and holidays
If your business closes during the year, please contact us as soon as possible. Under your terms and conditions, you are liable to pay the full years costs. However, we will always give consideration to individual circumstances as long as we are made aware.
Bank Holidays and Christmas
We work all Bank Holidays during the year apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day so if your bins are emptied on any of those days, your service will not be affected.
If you are affected by Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day, we will contact you nearer the time.
