What happens if I do not pay?
Please pay as soon as possible to avoid further recovery action.
If you do not pay, you may lose the right to pay by instalments. This means you may have to pay the remaining balance for the year in one payment.
Further recovery action may also result in additional costs being added to your account.
We are unable to suspend recovery action while your Council Tax remains unpaid.
Check if your Council Tax bill can be reduced
You may be eligible for help to pay your Council Tax if you are on a low income, live alone, or are entitled to a Council Tax discount or reduction.
