When applying for a place at The Blue Coat, you must complete a Supplementary Application Form (as well as the online application).

Young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) can experience significant barriers to learning which hinder their progress. Nationally, there are changes imminent that will affect the way schools and families work together to secure the best provision for young people within the resources available. This policy sets out Blue Coat's aims and procedures in SEND provision, to is part of a process by which we will prepare students, their parents and staff for a different, commissioning approach.
