If you receive Council Tax Reduction, you can use this form to request one free pest control treatment every 12 months for rats, mice, bedbugs, cockroaches and fleas.
You will need to provide your Council Tax reference number so we can check your eligibility. You can find your Council Tax reference on any bill or correspondence from the Council Tax team. The reference number begins with an 8 and is 8 digits long.
If you do not receive Council Tax Reduction, or need help with a pest other than rats, mice, bedbugs, cockroaches or fleas, please call 0161 770 2244 for a quote and to book a visit. Please note, this service will be chargeable.
