Checklist for application
Please note that your application is not complete and the consultation period not started until you have provided all relevant documents alongside your application, and have made the appropriate fee.
Please have digital copies (or photos) of the plans, insurance certificate, ands proposed furniture ready to upload with the application.
- An area plan showing the location of the premises in relation to the adjacent highways
- A plan showing the exact proposed area to be covered by the licence
- Proof of public liability insurance (certificate of insurance) with £10 million minimum cover
- Photos of the proposed furniture to be used, including any barriers, heaters etc.
- Proof of consent from neighbouring properties if you intend to use the frontage of their property
- Application fee
*Payment can be made online at www.oldham.gov.uk/licensing and clicking on the “Fees & Payments” tab. Please follow the instructions and when directed to do so select the payment code for “Miscellaneous Licence Fees – K36455061D9”. Please make a note of your receipt of payment details.
