We’re working with local schools, our vibrant creative sector, and many people in the borough on the Ordinary Oldhamers, Extraordinary Lives project.
Together, we’re looking for stories of Oldhamers, past and present, who have done or experienced something truly extraordinary.
These stories could come from anywhere across the borough so if you know someone who fits the description, please submit their stories.
We’ll be featuring these stories across the year as a celebration of what makes Oldham great for the 175th anniversary of the borough.
