    Councillors from Oldham Council joined young people, families and community members to celebrate 17 years of Outta Skool at its annual awards ceremony.

  • Cllr Arooj Shah with staff from Oldham Council and the team from Rowan Ashworth and Planit, who built the play area and provided the landscape architecture that shaped the town centre design.
