You can dance anywhere! Why not grab the family, put on some of your favourite songs and enjoy a dance in your living room?

Is it for me?

Dance is a fun way for anyone looking to be more active and meet new people. It can give you a whole body workout and can be a great way to relax and work off stress.

There are different dance types from line dancing to Zumba there is something for everyone. Teachers help you run through the moves, learn routines and keep moving to music.

Short on time? Ten-minute Motivators

You don't need to always spend hours exercising to live an active healthy lifestyle.  Breaking the recommended amount of activity into 10 minute bursts can still make a big difference.

The NHS has put together six workouts, one for every day of the week if you include a rest day, each working on a different area of your fitness.

These equipment-free fitness routines are great to do at home and short enough for you to easily fit them into your daily schedule.
