You can still apply for Housing Benefit and register a change of circumstances:

• Make a new Housing Benefit claim
• Report a change of circumstances

Council Tax changes

You can still report the following changes:

• Set up or amend a Direct Debit
• Apply or cancel Single Person Discount
• Report a change of address
