You can still apply for Housing Benefit and register a change of circumstances:

• Make a new Housing Benefit claim
• Report a change of circumstances

Council Tax changes

You can still report the following changes

• Set up or amend a Direct Debit
• Apply or cancel Single Person Discount
• Report a change of address

Affected services

While the My Account system is being updated, the following services will be unavailable:

• View your Council Tax details
• View Housing Benefit details
• Free School Meals (Schools)
• View your tenants' Housing Benefit details
