3. Register for funding
If you are an Ofsted registered childcare provider and you would like to register for funding you must sign an agreement with the Council.
1. Agreement with the Council
To register for funding you must read, sign and return the Free Early Education Entitlement Provider Agreement Form to The Free Entitlement Team, Oldham Council, Level 4 Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham, OL1 1XJ.
Failure to sign, return and comply with these terms and conditions means that you may be removed from the directory of approved providers. Funding may be withheld or withdrawn permanently.
You will be added to the directory by completing and signing the form (and meeting all other criteria outlined in the provider agreement web pages).
