18. Withdraw from the scheme
To voluntarily withdraw from delivering the free early education entitlement you should contact the Council and all parents immediately.
Please allow enough time to allow parents to find and access a suitable alternative.

You must give either one term or 3 month's notice (whichever is longer).
If you withdraw from delivering the free early education entitlement mid-term then the Council would expect any funding received relating to the period after withdrawal to be refunded.
You should give reasonable notice of your intention to withdraw from delivering the free early education entitlement and direct all parents affected to the children’s centre for support and advice to make any alternative arrangements.
If you apply to rejoin, the reasons for the original withdrawal will be reviewed to ascertain the impact on children and families before approval will be given.
