My Account routine maintenance

The "My Account” system will be undergoing routine maintenance on Thursday 24 May between 7am and 5pm. This means that some services will be unavailable during this time.

Affected services

Changes to any of the following information may affect your benefit so you need to tell the Council:

  • Address
  • Landlord
  • Rent
  • Who is paid the benefit
  • Income or employment
  • Personal details e.g. name
  • Partner
  • Details of people in household
