Christmas hours

All employees of Oldham Council are required to wear a Security ID Badge.

ID badges are issued by the Oldham Council, located on Rochdale Road Reception, West Street, OL1 1UT. Employees attending appointments for ID badges should report to the Reception on Level 2.

Photo-sessions are held on Monday to Friday between 10am – 4pm and are strictly by appointment only. Please email idbadges@oldham.gov.uk to arrange an appointment date and time.

In order to obtain an ID badge, you must complete the following form.

All enquiries must be made via email, phone calls cannot be accepted.

  • The Line Manager must complete the form
  • The employee must print off a completed copy to take to their appointment  
  • ID badges will not be issued for incorrect / incomplete forms.
