I identify SEND through observing the children, assesments and comunication with the parents I cross reference this informaton with the charactreristics of effictive learning and the 7 areas of learning Early Years Foundation Stage. I provide the parents with the what to expect and when document. I keep up to date on all training provided and provide assesments on the children withinn my setting outlining any areas of concern within there development. I comunicate daily with the parents and provide learning journeys where the parents can see the progress there child is making and any areas of concern which require attention.
