How do you meet a child’s educational needs?By monitoring, observation and assesment we can see if there are any gaps in there needs, then we will ensure we provide them with all the support they need whether it is from within our setting or others.
How do we know my child is achieving agreed outcomes?By observing and monitoring we will be able to assess if they are meeting the desired targets, if they are not then we can agree on what support is needed to help them achieve them.
How do you adapt for a child with extra needs?Adaptions would be made to suit an individual, following an initial discussion with parents and observations. This may include placing more activities on the floor, moving furniture around to ensure the room is accessible, purchasing more suitable equipment.
