Small private landlord with experience of supporting vulnerable adults. Offering a tenancy in 2/ 3 bedroom properties within good neighbourhood's in the Oldham area. Properties are situated in Lees and Shaw, in a quiet residential area within walking distance to all local amenities and public transport links.
Support can be provided according to an individual's personal budget in relation to needs around finance management, budgeting, dealing with tenancy related correspondence and emotional support. Will work in partnership with other support providers and professionals to ensure that individuals learn the necessary skills to maintain their tenancy and independence. Will work with commissioners/ individuals to ensure that tenants are well suited/ matched.
