Cycle training

Bikeability is today’s cycle training programme. It’s about gaining practical skills and understanding how to cycle on today’s roads. Bikeability gives everyone the skills and confidence for all kinds of cycling.

Cycling training/advice

If you are looking for cycle training/advice for yourself, your employees or your family search for Bikeability providers in your local authority area. Many schools also already offer Bikeability - contact your child's school direct to find out when sessions are scheduled for this year.

Essential cycling skills for families

We have created a series of short films to help families cycle together. Each film focuses on different stages of a cycling journey and features the four core functions used in Bikeability training.
