Greater Manchester Resilience Hub have developed some guides which can help if you, or a loved one, has experienced a traumatic situation.

If you would like to talk to someone about any of these conditions or your mental health generally, our psychological therapies services can help.  All you need to do is complete our online self-referral form and someone will be in touch.

We also have a website for prescribed psychiatric medication for Pennine Care service users, carers and healthcare professionals.
