Description

This service helps people with significant disabilities find a job, for the long-term and supports businesses to employ valuable, committed workers.

The service provides support from start to finish and advises the employer on disability issues.

The team has qualifications in Information, Advice and Guidance and Health and Social Care and has lots of experience working with people who need specialist support.

The service has positive relationships with some of the biggest employers in the Oldham.

Disabled people (16 and older) - including those with mental health illness - who are in receipt of an Individual Budget or able to self fund and are ready and willing to move towards paid employment.
