Your Health Oldham is Oldham’s Health Improvement and Weight Management Service, jointly commissioned by Oldham Council and NHS Oldham CCG delivered by ABL Health.
Our dedicated and friendly advisors can support people in the Oldham area, and offer a range of free of one-to-one and drop in sessions. Self-help, telephone and online support is also available.
Our service is available to anyone who lives or works in the following districts under Oldham Council:
- Coldhurst, St Mary’s and Alexandra
- Chadderton and Werneth
- Royton, Shaw and Crompton
- Failsworth, Hollinwood and Medlock Vale
- Saddleworth, St James’ and Waterhead
