Description

More than one in three children and young people are exposed to at least one potentially traumatic event by age 18. The right support can make a substantial difference to the extent that traumatic events impact on their lives.

The UK Trauma Council (UKTC) creates evidence-based resources to improve professionals and carers’ understanding of the nature and impact of trauma. We aim to better equip all those supporting children and young people exposed to trauma.
