Healthy Eating for Life
Our wide range of classes, one off events, workshops and social activities promote healthy eating and encourage positive relationships with food. We believe in the fun that cooking and eating together can bring so we focus on meeting not only specific dietary needs but also cultural and lifestyle choices.
We Believe in Local
We are proud to support our local suppliers, using high quality ingredients and seasonal produce. We support Fairtrade and consider sustainability and the environmental impact of the processes and logistics of our recipes and food.
With a background in teaching food and nutrition over 30 years, plus a keen interest in health and wellbeing, classes are structured to be enjoyable whilst being relaxed.
Encouraging all participants to develop confidence in their own ability whilst enjoying learning new skills and socialising with others, class content follows our guidelines of ‘healthy eating, with a bit of a treat’ and strives to help everyone become more adventurous in their food choice to develop a better understanding of food preparation using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The cookery school is purpose built, providing a large flexible space allowing for individual and group work.
Our bespoke dining table/area allows participants to eat together and promotes social interaction.
