Join us on Friday night for a fun game of indoor football, take part, watch, or just have a brew and a chat in a judgement free environment, with no expectations.
The sole aim is to help people combat mental health issues.
The women’s session is 6pm – 7pm in the indoor gym, the men’s session is 7pm – 8pm on the outdoor 3G pitch
