We are a family friendly club that has been located at the centre for over 20 years.
We believe in respect for all, & the teaching of self-defence, not aggressive force.
We are open every Tuesday & Thursday in the Upper Hall from 7.00pm until 8.30pm.
All age groups both male and female are welcome and will be made to feel at home in our friendly club atmosphere. We have over ten fully qualified black belt instructors.
Membership is FREE, so come on, give it go, you have nothing to lose, but everything to gain.
