If you are asked to add a service that you already have access to, please do not try to add the service or request a PIN. We hope to resolve the issue soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Access Oldham

Access Oldham is open for anyone who requires help and support with Council services.

The opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Help

There will be staff on hand to help with:

  • Council tax
  • Housing benefit and council tax reduction
  • Wellbeing and financial issues
  • Blue badge applications

You will also be able to make appointments to speak to the relevant team you require if your query cannot be dealt with immediately.

Facilities 

Access Oldham has the following facilities:

  • Free computers and public Wi-Fi
  • Free internet access to council services and online forms with digital assistance
  • Free telephone access to some council services
  • Meeting rooms for pre-arranged appointments and drop-ins as required

If you require wellbeing or emergency support and would rather reach out over the phone you can contact our helpline on 0161 770 7007 between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.

My Account

You can use My Account to do the following:

  • View your Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Business Rates details 
  • Make Council Tax and Business Rates payments
  • Quickly report and track issues like fly-tipping
  • See your bin collection dates and who your councillors are
  • Landlords can see their tenant's benefit details

Oldham Library

Oldham Library is also providing face to face support, including free Wi-Fi and phone access.

Oldham Library is open Monday to Thursday, 9am–8pm and Friday and Saturday, 9am–5pm.
