If you are a landlord, you can use My Account to see details of your tenants' Housing Benefit payments.

We have now calculated your tenants Housing Benefit award for the financial year 2024-2025.

Please log into ‘My Account’ to view these details on the Landlord Portal. Letters will also be sent between 12 March and 19 March 2024, with full details of their Housing Benefit awards.

Tenancy Relations Service

The Tenancy Relations Service operates a telephone advice service on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10 am - 3:30 pm.
