Contact details update request

If you have received a letter from the Council with school holiday vouchers asking you to update your contact details, please complete this online form with the details requested as soon as possible.

We asked for these details because food voucher support will be available for eligible families on low incomes with preschool children and other children eligible for, but not receiving, means-tested Free School Meals over the coming school holidays, but this will be allocated by sending an electronic link via email or text to your mobile phone, rather than through the post. 

We only need contact details for the parent/guardian who received the school holiday letter and vouchers.

If your contact details change after you have submitted this form, please let us know at householdsupport@oldham.gov.uk

This will enable us to allocate any future vouchers that you may be eligible for to you via text or email.

Privacy notice

The council primarily use your data for handling your query. 

This information is requested so that food vouchers can be issued electronically to eligible families on low incomes with preschool children and for children of school age who are eligible for free school meals but not currently receiving them. The information will also be used to ensure contact details for claimants in receipt of Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction are up to date. 

All information is processed in accordance with our organisational data protection policy (www.oldham.gov.uk/dataprotection). 

We never sell your data to third parties or use it for marketing purposes without your consent.
