Between 6am and 11am, our online and telephone payment systems will not be available, due to essential maintenance work. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause

Contact details update request

You have received a letter from the Council with school holiday vouchers asking you to update your contact details.

Please complete this online form with the details requested as soon as possible. We asked for these details because food voucher support will be available for eligible families on low incomes with preschool children and other children eligible for, but not receiving, means-tested Free School Meals over the coming school holidays, but this will be allocated by sending an electronic link via email or text to your mobile phone, rather than through the post.

We only need contact details for the parent/guardian who received the school holiday letter and vouchers. If your contact details change after you have submitted this form, please let us know at householdsupport@oldham.gov.uk

This will enable us to allocate any future vouchers that you may be eligible for to you via text or email. This method is quick and easy to use and is already used successfully by parents with children at Oldham schools eligible for Free School Meals. This method also enables you to choose which supermarket you would prefer to receive a voucher from.

All information is processed in accordance with our organisational data protection policy (www.oldham.gov.uk/dataprotection).
