If you're concerned that someone over the age of 18 is sleeping rough in Oldham you can send an alert to our Rough Sleeping Outreach Service by completing this form.
The Rough Sleeping Outreach Service will use the information you provide to find the person and connect them to support.
It is important to note that if you think the person you are concerned about is under 18 please do not complete this referral but instead call the police on 101.
You'll need to provide the following information:
- A specific location for the rough sleeping site. You can do this by using a map to pinpoint the exact location and then providing a written description of the location.
- Details of the time that the rough sleeper has been seen at the location.
- Any information about the rough sleeper that will help find them (gender, approximate age, what the person looks like, what they are wearing).
The Rough Sleeping Outreach Service is not a 24 hour service.
