Launched at a Business Breakfast in September 2022, the Oldham Green Business Network will bring together Oldham’s Green Technology and Services sector businesses with organisations in the wider economy to boost the borough’s progress towards Net Zero in 2030.
Supported by key projects such as the Green Shoots Centre, the Oldham Green Business Network will aim to ensure that Oldham green businesses can take advantage of the investment in low carbon infrastructure that will be coming into Oldham via the Oldham Green New Deal Delivery Partnership.
Oldham’s green businesses will be key partners in the delivery of low carbon infrastructure, and the Green Business Network will aim to ensure they are linked into the Green New Deal delivery programme along with other anchor organisations such as The Oldham College and Electricity North West.
