1. Changing preferences
Changes before 15 January 2025
Please note that a request will be actioned up until 12 noon on 15 January 2025
We are unable to change the order of the school preferences or add schools. You will need to submit a request to the school admissions team, that you would like to delete the original preferences.
We will then advise when you can go back into your account to submit new preferences and in the order that you now want.
Please provide your child's name and date of birth and include your full postal address, when requesting the original school preferences to be deleted.

Changes after 15 January 2025
You can still request that your original preferences are deleted after the deadline has passed. If you choose to do this the application would be treated as late.
This means that the application for a school place could not be considered until all on-time applications have been processed.
You will need to request that you would like the school admissions team to delete the original preferences.
We will then advise when you can go back into your account to submit new preferences and in the order that you now want.

Alternatively, you can wait until after offer day – 16 April 2025, to ask for other schools to be added to the application that you have already made.
Please note
The LA may not be able to delete applications the further into the process we are. In those circumstances, changes may need to be made to applications after offer day.
