Application support sessions

These sessions are run by appointment only.

Please note that these sessions are term time only with the exception of the school summer holidays.

This means the sessions will not take place over any half-term breaks in the school year.

Please note this service is strictly to support the process of making an application.

We cannot discuss pupil's current schools or ongoing applications, that are still being processed at these sessions.

Application Support sessions

To request an appointment for support in making an application, please complete the following online form:

These sessions are run on two days, at separate time slots:

  • Tuesday afternoon session
  • Thursday morning session

You must book an appointment to be seen

Please DO NOT come to the sessions without a confirmed appointment time, as it will not be possible to see you.

You will be asked to complete the Application Support Session Form and be asked to return, at a later time.

Please research school preferences before attending your session. The staff member in attendance will not be able to suggest or recommend schools.

If you need to research schools at the session, you may lose your slot and have to make another appointment.

Access to the internet and computers is available at all Oldham’s libraries
