The application process for the Brian Clarke Academy will, for September 2022 only, be outside of the co-ordinated admissions process through Oldham Council.
This means, you can apply for a place in addition to your school choices applied for through the council admissions process.
In order to apply for a place at Brian Clarke you need to apply directly to the school:

The Brian Clarke Academy will send you an acknowledgment that your application has been received.
Please ensure that you have read the admissions policy for the school before you apply
You must also apply for other secondary school choices via Oldham Admissions.
If you are subsequently offered a place at Brian Clarke CE Academy, this will be in addition to the school offered through the council and you must choose which of the two offers to accept
