Award in Education and Training Level 3
If you are interested in a career in training and teaching adults then this course is a valuable introduction to the theory and practice of teaching, learning and assessment.
You will need at least a Level 2 in Literacy, some basic ICT skills and a Level 3/A Level in your subject area.

New volunteer/ work experience programmes for 25/26 include:
- Supporting adults in a learning environment
- First steps into a career to teach ESOL or other subjects in a further education setting
A great opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and experience as a tutor or Learning Support Worker whilst volunteering with Lifelong Learning. You will be supported to obtain key training courses and qualfications as well as a DBS check.
