Termly Weeks Calendar 2024-25

• All eligible children are entitled to up to 570 (15 hours per week)/1140 (30 hours per week) hours per year.
• A child’s annual allocation falls in line with the financial year.
• Column B shows the maximum weeks that the Local Authority will pay for within the specified term when a child takes their maximum entitlement of 15/30 hours per week.
• It can be agreed between the provider and the parent how many hours are taken over how many weeks within the specified term dates (column A) as long as the child does not exceed 15/30 funded hours per week. 
• Please use the stretch calculator to calculate the number of hours per week if you wish to offer the free entitlement over more than the specified amount of funded weeks within column B.
