Vaccinations are now available to anyone aged 18 or above. You can book online or visit one of our local vaccine clinics without an appointment.

If vehicles are parked in contravention of a Traffic Regulation Order then they are breaking the law.

All vehicles parked illegally will receive a parking ticket (called a penalty charge notice).

Post by cheque

You can post a cheque to the Parking Shop.

  • Cross the cheque

  • Payable to Oldham Council

  • Write the penalty charge notice number on the back

No cash should be sent by post (unless by registered post).

Early payment discount

If payment is made within 14 days of the date of issue then a 50% discount is given.

Appeal against a parking fine

All appeals must be made in writing. If you want to appeal against a penalty charge notice please write to the Parking Shop:
