My Account Services offline from 5pm Thursday 5 March - Tuesday 10 March

Some My Account services will be unavailable from 5pm Thu 5 March to Tue 10 March while we calculate Council Tax bills and Housing Benefit awards for 2026/27. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Affected services

You can make your payment by cash, cheque or debit card at the Post Office or any PayZone outlet.

Please take your Council Tax bill with you (it has a 24 digit barcode on it).

No fee will be charged for using this method.

Please note that payments made by this method could take up to five working days to reach your Council Tax account.
