Some My Account services will be unavailable from 5pm Thu 5 March to Tue 10 March while we calculate Council Tax bills and Housing Benefit awards for 2026/27. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Affected services

Pay by internet or telephone banking

If you want to pay an account using your internet or telephone banking, please include the following details to ensure your payment is allocated to your account correctly:

  • Oldham MBC sort code:  20-55-58
  • Account number: 13861449
  • Your Council Tax account number for the bill you are paying

Please note that payments made by this method could take up to five working days to reach your Council Tax account.
