Meet outside rather than inside where possible. Keep 2 metres apart from people that you don’t live with. Minimise travel in and out of affected areas. Get tested twice a week and isolate if positive

If you feel like you might attempt suicide, or may seriously harm yourself, or you need urgent medical help: 

  • call 999 for an ambulance
  • go straight to A&E

Mental health emergencies are serious. You're not wasting anyone's time.

If you can keep yourself safe for a short while, but you still need urgent advice:

  • contact NHS 111
  • contact your GP surgery and ask for an emergency appointment. Many GPs are now offering these remotely because of coronavirus.
