Ring and Ride
Ring & Ride is a door-to-door service for people of all ages who find it difficult to use public transport.
You need to register with Ring & Ride and book trips in advance.

Group travel
16 seater wheelchair accessible minibuses are available for use by 'not for profit' organisations in Oldham.
A registration form needs to be completed before use of the service.
You may hire a driver or supply your own driver who needs to be MiDAS trained.
MiDAS driver training is available on request.
Group travel fees
Prices depend on type of driver, length of hire and distance travelled plus a daily rate.
Group's own driver
- Minimum charge up to 4 hours: £24
- Additional hours/part hours: £6 per hour
- Mileage charge: £1.20 after 20 miles
Volunteer driver
- Minimum charge up to 4 hours: £34
- Additional hours/part hours: £6 per hour
- Mileage charge: £1.20 after 20 miles
Paid driver
- Minimum charge up to 4 hours: £56
- Additional hours/part hours: £8 per hour
- Mileage charge: £1.20 after 20 miles
Daily rate
- A trip that starts and finishes in the same calendar day
- £60 plus 20p per mile
Weekend rate
- A trip that starts after 17.00 hours on Friday evening and finishes before midnight on Sunday
- £140 plus 20p per mile
Weekday evening rate
- A trip that starts after 17.00 hours and finishes on the same day
- £25 plus 20p per mile
