- Dangerous Structures out of hours Call-out Charge. (Anytime on site over 1 hour will be charged at £60.00/ hour): £355.00
- Provision of a letter, confirming exemption of the proposals or work undertaken, from the procedural or substantive requirements of the Building Regulations: £70.00
- Administrative processing cost for refunding Building Regulation fees is subject to the status of the application and the advancement of the works: Minimum £102.00
