- Copies of correspondence (excluding Decision Notices) relating to Building Regulations applications (includes up to 10 A4 Sides – if above 10 sides add 30p per A4 side): £16.00 (up to 10 A4 sides. If above, add 30p per A4 side)
- Dangerous Structures out of hours Call-out Charge. (Anytime on site over 1 hour will be charged at £55.00/ hour): £296.00
- Provision of a letter, confirming exemption of the proposals or work undertaken, from the procedural or substantive requirements of the Building Regulations: £59.00
- Administrative processing cost for refunding Building Regulation fees is subject to the status of the application and the advancement of the works: Minimum £85.00
